Over the years, Pigeon Café has become a recognizable part of Montréal’s café scene, expanding across multiple locations and building a reputation for quality coffee, hearty meals, and a welcoming, laid-back atmosphere that appeals to both locals and visitors.
Eager to explore new creative avenues for the brand, the Pigeon team set out to reimagine a classic favorite—launching a canned Espresso Martini, done the Pigeon way.
The Challenge
The canned espresso martini market is already dominated by a few strong players. To stand out, it was essential for Grafico’s creative team to translate Pigeon’s quirky personality onto the can in a clear, distinctive, and immediately recognizable way.
The Solution
The pigeon character had to be the star of the show. Fun, quirky, yet elegant, it instantly sets the tone and embodies Pigeon’s distinctive personality. Paired with a clear illustration of a martini glass, the design leaves no room for doubt about the nature of the product, ensuring immediate recognition while capturing attention on shelf.
